Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a strong password. Then enter your full name, date of birth, and city. Accept the Terms and Conditions, confirm you are 18 or older, and submit. You will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify the number. Once verified, your Mostply account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes on any Pakistani mobile or browser.

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no charge for keeping your account open. You only spend money when you voluntarily make a deposit. Creating an account does not commit you to anything.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one Mostply account. Duplicate accounts are detected by mobile number, email address, CNIC details, device fingerprint, and payment method. If duplicate accounts are found, all of them are suspended without refund of balances. There is no benefit to having multiple accounts – one account gives full access to every game, bonus, and feature on the platform.

18 years old, without exception. Mostply verifies age during the KYC process using CNIC details. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is immediately closed and all deposits returned. This is non-negotiable and is the most important rule on the platform.

Log in to your Mostply account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address, notification preferences, and password from there. Changes to your registered mobile number or CNIC-linked information require identity verification and must be processed through Mostply support at support@mostply.online.
Login & Account Access

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP will be sent to your mobile via SMS. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. The whole reset process takes about 90 seconds. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and should not match your previous one.

First check that your mobile has a signal and is not in flight mode. OTPs are sent from a Pakistani short code and usually arrive within 15 seconds. If nothing arrives after 30 seconds, use the Resend button on the OTP screen. If the problem continues on your specific network (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, etc.) contact Mostply support at support@mostply.online with your mobile number and network name and the team will resolve it promptly.

Yes. Mostply supports simultaneous login from multiple devices. Your balance and bet history sync in real time. Logging in from a new device for the first time will trigger an OTP verification step as a security measure – this is normal and takes only seconds to complete.

Mostply locks login access after several consecutive failed password attempts to protect against unauthorised access. The lockout lasts 15 minutes. After that period you can try again. You can also use OTP login immediately at any time, regardless of the failed password lock. If you believe your account was locked for a different reason, contact support directly and the team will investigate.
Deposits & Payments

Mostply accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No international payment methods are required. All deposits are made in PKR with no currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit on Mostply is Rs 500. This is also the minimum amount required to activate your welcome bonus. There is no upper limit on a single deposit, though your chosen payment method may impose its own transaction limits (for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash have daily wallet limits set by the operators themselves).

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your Mostply balance within 60 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers can take 5 to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card payments are usually instant. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and payment amount.

Mostply charges no platform fees on deposits. The full amount you send reaches your gaming balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may charge their own transfer fees in some cases – check their fee schedules directly if you are unsure. Mostply has no control over third-party payment charges.

Yes. Mostply offers deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming tools. Go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limit. Reductions apply immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period before they take effect. This tool is completely free to use and entirely in your control.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit, for security reasons. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed first.

Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically take 2 to 24 hours depending on your bank's business hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are usually completed within a few hours. Mostply processes withdrawal requests during business hours, with a separate overnight queue for requests submitted late at night.

The minimum withdrawal on Mostply is Rs 500. You must also have completed at least one deposit and met the wagering requirement on any active bonus before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. Your real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time above the Rs 500 minimum.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal on Mostply are: KYC verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirement not fulfilled, or the withdrawal request submitted outside of normal processing hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours and none of these apply, contact support at support@mostply.online with your transaction ID.
Bonuses & Promotions

New Mostply players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. This means if you deposit Rs 5,000, you receive Rs 5,000 in bonus credit – giving you Rs 10,000 to play with. The bonus is credited automatically when your deposit is confirmed; no code is needed. The minimum deposit to activate the bonus is Rs 500.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and your bonus is Rs 1,000, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before you can withdraw. Your account section shows the progress towards completing any active wagering requirement in real time.

Yes. Active Mostply players can access reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, weekly cashback offers, a referral bonus for each friend you invite who registers and deposits, PSL season promotions during cricket season, and Eid festival specials. Check the Promotions section in your account after logging in for the latest active offers.

If you opted out of marketing communications during registration, you will not receive promotional SMS or emails. To re-enable them, go to Account → Notification Preferences and switch on the relevant toggles. Note that players who have active responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion are automatically excluded from marketing – this is intentional policy to protect players.
Games – PSL Betting, Crash, Cards & Ludo

Log in and go to PSL Betting. Select the match you want to bet on. Browse the available markets – match winner, top batsman, total runs, and dozens more. Click on the odds you want, enter your stake in PKR, and confirm. Your bet is placed instantly. You can also place live in-play bets on ongoing PSL matches while the game is being played.

In a crash game, a multiplier starts at 1x and grows rapidly. You place your bet before the round starts. The multiplier increases until it "crashes" at a random point. Your goal is to click "Cash Out" before the crash. If you cash out at 3x with a Rs 100 bet, you win Rs 300. If you wait too long and the multiplier crashes before you cash out, you lose your bet. Mostply uses decimal odds, which are the most transparent format. If the odds on Pakistan winning a match are 1.85, a Rs 1,000 bet would return Rs 1,850 (including your original stake) if Pakistan wins. Responsible Gaming

Mostply provides five core responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings: deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, a 24-hour cooling-off period, and self-exclusion. Go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Select a minimum exclusion period of six months or choose permanent exclusion. The suspension is immediate, irreversible during the exclusion window, and includes removal from all marketing communications. You cannot create a new Mostply account during an active self-exclusion period.

No. Increasing a deposit limit has a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before it takes effect. This cooling period is intentional – it gives you time to reconsider. Reducing a deposit limit, on the other hand, takes effect immediately with no delay. This asymmetry is designed to make it easy to protect yourself and harder to remove protection impulsively.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the identity verification process Mostply uses to confirm that you are who you say you are. You will typically need to provide a copy of your CNIC and a selfie for comparison. KYC is triggered before your first withdrawal or when cumulative activity reaches a threshold. It protects you by preventing anyone else from withdrawing your funds and ensures the platform complies with anti-fraud requirements.
