Mostply Terms and Conditions –
Rules Every Player Must Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mostply ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Mostply website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or using any feature on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using Mostply and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Mostply will notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification before they take effect.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Mostply account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Mostply does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any stage and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension.
• You are accessing Mostply voluntarily and of your own free will. You are not accessing on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of Mostply or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not acting on behalf of a business, syndicate, or any organised group for the purposes of generating profits through systematic play.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Mostply or had an account permanently banned on the platform.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent any geographical or account-level restriction placed by Mostply.

Mostply reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time. This includes but is not limited to national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of age, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that cannot produce satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will be suspended pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold exactly one Mostply account. Registration of multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any other shared identifier – is strictly prohibited. When a duplicate account is detected, Mostply will permanently close all associated accounts and may withhold any balances pending review.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate permanent ban.

Mostply operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification may be triggered at registration or at any subsequent point, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Required documents typically include:

• Copy of CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of wallet or bank account showing your name)
• Selfie holding your CNIC if requested for enhanced verification

Accounts that pass KYC verification receive a higher daily withdrawal limit and reduced processing delays. Mostply treats all KYC documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mostply login credentials – your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered number. You must not share these details with any other person. Mostply staff will never ask you for your password in any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Mostply support immediately via live chat or email. We will place a temporary hold on your account while the matter is investigated. Any bets or transactions that occurred before the hold is placed are considered valid and cannot be reversed solely on the basis of an unauthorised access claim without supporting evidence.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your Mostply account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment source belongs to another person – are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.

Accepted deposit methods on Mostply are:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank IBFT transfer (any Pakistani bank)
• Visa or Mastercard debit card (Pakistani issued)

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification is required for deposits above certain monthly thresholds. Deposits via mobile wallets are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Mostply does not charge any fee on deposits. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Mostply's control. All deposit amounts are credited in Pakistani Rupees at face value – no currency conversion is applied.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your Mostply account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are never processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Mostply processes withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time on the same calendar day. Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed the following business day. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically arrive within minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day from the point of approval, depending on interbank processing.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Mostply requires completion of KYC verification. This is a one-time process for most players. Mostply does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are your responsibility.

Mostply reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of an enhanced identity or fraud review. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review and given a clear timeline for resolution.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Mostply offers various promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method. The bonus match percentage and maximum bonus amount are stated on the promotion page at the time of deposit.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before withdrawal). The eligible games and contribution rates for wagering are listed on the specific promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus credit that is not claimed within the promotional period, or wagering requirements that are not met within the bonus validity window, result in automatic forfeiture of the unclaimed or uncleared bonus amount.
• Abuse: Mostply actively monitors for bonus abuse including arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed specifically to clear bonuses without genuine play, and coordinated use of promotional offers. Any account found engaging in these activities will have the bonus cancelled and may be permanently restricted.
• Changes: Mostply reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with an active promotion at the time of a change will be given reasonable notice of how the change affects their current bonus balance.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game entries placed on Mostply are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet or game entry cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player except in limited circumstances explicitly provided for in a specific game's rules (such as cash-out features on applicable sports markets).

For sports betting, Mostply uses the following general rules:

• All markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body. For PSL matches, PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) official results are used.
• In the event of a match abandonment before the minimum required deliveries or playing time has elapsed, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). If a void bet is part of an accumulator, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
• In-play markets may be suspended at any time at Mostply's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be processed.

For casino and game products, each game's individual rules displayed within the game interface apply in full. The RNG governing these games is certified by an independent testing laboratory. Mostply does not intervene in game outcomes.

If a game result is produced by a technical error – whether on our servers, a third-party provider's servers, or in the network path between Mostply and the game provider – Mostply reserves the right to void the affected game round. Players will receive a full refund of their stake for any voided round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostply. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent termination with forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one Mostply account
• Using false identity information or another person's identity during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players in poker, Ludo, or any competitive game format to manipulate outcomes
• Using information not available to the general public to gain an unfair advantage on sports markets (insider information)
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or stakes
• Attempting to launder funds through Mostply or using the platform for any financial transaction not related to legitimate gaming activity
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or Mostply staff
• Selling, transferring, or gifting your Mostply account or balance to another person
• Accessing Mostply using a VPN to circumvent restrictions or present a false location

Mostply uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe an action has been taken against your account incorrectly, you have the right to appeal through the formal dispute process described in Section 16.

10 Suspension and Termination

Mostply may suspend or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Request by the player themselves (voluntary closure)
• Player invoking a self-exclusion request through the Responsible Gaming tools
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months with no account balance

In cases of voluntary account closure or inactivity-based closure where no rule breach has occurred, any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity confirmation. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure regardless of the reason.

Where an account is closed due to a rule breach, Mostply reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. The player will be informed of the investigation outcome within 30 days.

11 Responsible Gaming

Mostply is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be enjoyable entertainment and should never cause financial hardship or personal distress. To support this commitment, Mostply provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose across a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• 24-hour cooling-off: Temporarily suspend all gaming activity for 24 hours without requiring full self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all Mostply products for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended and you cannot register a new account.

Mostply staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and will proactively reach out to players displaying concerning patterns. 12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Mostply platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software – is the intellectual property of Mostply or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Mostply content without explicit written permission.

You may not use the Mostply name, logo, or any associated branding in any external communication, social media post, or marketing material without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Mostply intellectual property may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

Mostply provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or delays caused by factors outside our direct control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, server maintenance, or natural events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mostply's total liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

14 Privacy and Data

Mostply collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Mostply, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Mostply does not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our obligations to you. All data sharing is subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Mostply reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision may be made without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you continue using Mostply after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

16 Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have a query about these Terms or about any action taken on your Mostply account, the first step is to contact our support team directly:

• Language: Support is available in both Urdu and English.

In the event of a formal dispute regarding a bet settlement, account restriction, or payment matter, Mostply operates a two-stage internal review process:

1. Stage 1 – Initial Review: Your complaint is reviewed by a first-line support agent with authority to resolve the majority of standard disputes. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
2. Stage 2 – Escalated Review: If you are not satisfied with the Stage 1 outcome, you may escalate to our senior disputes team. Escalated cases are reviewed within 7 business days and a final written decision is issued.

Mostply's decisions on disputes are made in good faith based on available evidence. These Terms are subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which Mostply operates. By using the platform, you agree that any unresolved dispute will be subject to that jurisdiction's legal processes.
